Olympic Torch Relay

Special Event:
The Olympic Flame arrives in the United Kingdom from Greece on Friday, 18 May and kicks off an 8,000-mile (12,875-kilometre) relay across the country the following day.

The flame touches down at the Royal Naval Air Station (RNAS) Culdrose in Cornwall on-board a chartered British Airways A319 aircraft at approximately 1930 BST.

The Olympic Torch Relay begins at Land's End, the westernmost tip of England, on the morning of Saturday 19 May to reach Plymouth in the evening.
