News Event:
The Republican National Committee (RNC) will meet at the Tampa Bay Times Forum in Tampa, Florida, 27 to 30 August 2012, to officially nominate Mitt Romney as their Presidential candidate and Paul Ryan as his Vice Presidential running mate.
Around 50,000 people are expected to come to the area. Romney and Ryan will face President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden in the 6 November 2012 US general election.
