SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

0715 GMT: Guests begin arriving at the Great North Door of London's Westminster Abbey.
0850 GMT: Governors-general and prime ministers of realm countries, the diplomatic corps, and other distinguished guests arrive at the Abbey.
0910 GMT: Prince William and Prince Harry leave Clarence House for Westminster Abbey.
0915 GMT: The princes arrive at Westminster Abbey.
0920 GMT: Members of foreign royal families arrive at Westminster Abbey from Buckingham
Palace.
0927 GMT: Middleton's mother, Carole, and brother, James, arrive at the Abbey.
0930 GMT: Select members of Britain's royal family arrive at the Abbey.
0940 GMT: Queen Elizabeth II and her husband, Prince Philip, leave Buckingham Palace for
the Abbey as Prince Andrew and daughters Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie; Prince Edward and his wife, Sophie; Princess Anne and her husband Timothy Laurence arrive for the ceremony.
0942 GMT: Prince Charles and his wife, Camilla, arrive at the Abbey from Clarence House.
0945 GMT: Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip arrive at the Abbey.
0951 GMT: The bride, accompanied by her father, Michael, leaves the Goring Hotel for the Abbey.
0955 GMT: Bridesmaids and pages arrive at the Abbey from the Goring Hotel.
1000 GMT: The bride arrives. Marriage ceremony, which will be relayed on audio speakers along the wedding route, begins.
1115 GMT: Prince William and his new wife emerge from the Abbey and depart in the 1902 State
Landau, a carriage, and travel to Buckingham Palace, followed by Queen Elizabeth II.
1130 GMT: The bride's carriage procession arrives at Buckingham Palace, followed by members of Britain's royal family and other foreign royals 10 minutes later.
1140 GMT: Guests for the wedding reception arrive at Buckingham Palace.
1225 GMT: Prince William and his wife, accompanied by Queen Elizabeth II and their families, appear on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.
1230 GMT: The royals watch a ceremonial flypast from the Royal Air Force and Battle of Britain Memorial Flight before returning inside for the queen's reception for some 600 guests.
1700 GMT: Private reception begins at Buckingham Palace for 300 guests.

In addition, clients must abide by the following restrictions on coverage from Westminster Abbey, as agreed between Clarence House and the UK broadcasters Sky News, the BBC and ITN.

Please note in particular restrictions on use of material in non-news programmes, and the ban on use of the wedding vows after 30 days.

Additional broadcast restrictions
For the purposes of this advisory, the 'Wedding Ceremony' shall mean the period from the arrival of the first member of the Royal Family for the wedding service until when the last member of the Royal Family leaves the main entrance of Westminster Abbey following conclusion of the wedding service.

1. IMMEDIATE PERIOD (10 days from the wedding)
For the duration of the 'Immediate Period' only, being 10 days from the wedding, clients may edit, distribute or make available the live feed of the Wedding Ceremony (or any part thereof) for Standalone and Highlights Use.

'Standalone and Highlights Use' means the right to use, edit, distribute or otherwise make available the live feed of the Wedding Ceremony (or edited versions thereof) in any manner or media as separate programmes and/or as highlights of the Wedding Ceremony in any other programmes or services (including but not limited to news, current affairs and magazine programmes) but excluding any use in the following:

(i) In any drama, comedy, satirical or similar entertainment programme or content,
(ii) In any documentary, except for a documentary that is wholly or mainly about the wedding and is exploited only during the Immediate period
(iii) Any DVD, electronic download or other commercial product sold to the public.

2. INITIAL NEWS PERIOD (30 days from the wedding)
For the duration of the 'Initial News Period' only, being 30 days from the wedding, clients may edit, distribute or make available the live feed of the Wedding Ceremony (or any part thereof) for News Purposes ONLY.

'News Purposes' means for the purposes of inclusion in regular news bulletins and news services, news 'round up', news review and current affairs programmes including monthly annual or similar periodical news review programmes, but excluding any use in documentary, drama, entertainment or other kinds of content.

3. POST INITIAL NEWS PERIOD (after 30 days from the wedding)
Any time following the Initial News Period, clients may edit, distribute or make available the live feed of the Wedding Ceremony (or any part thereof) for News Purposes ONLY and subject to the following:
(i) Any use must be in the context of the wedding and cannot be gratuitous or only tangentially connected with the wedding and
(ii) No footage of the wedding vows can be used without obtaining the prior consent of Clarence House.

ANY USE OF FOOTAGE OF THE WEDDING CEREMONY OTHER THAN AS SET OUT IN SECTIONS 1-3 ABOVE WILL REQUIRE THE PRIOR CONSENT OF CLARENCE HOUSE.
